A Meat Lover's Haven at République! 🥩🇫🇷 As a Local Guide, I’m always on the lookout for a truly great steakhouse, and Black Angus République completely exceeded our expectations! We showed up without a reservation and had to wait about 15 minutes, which is absolutely fair and completely understandable given the crowd of people waiting in line outside. Once seated, the service was impressively fast! 🥩 Delightful & Tender Cuts * We ordered a beef filet and a beef entrecôte, and both were an absolute delight. * The meat is incredibly tender and served beautifully sliced in elegant metal dishes with brass handles. * As you can see, the cooking is perfectly executed, resulting in a gorgeous, melt-in-your-mouth pink center. 🍟 Sauces & Generous Sides * The steaks come standard with their signature green sauce, but I highly recommend opting for the special red sauce for an extra €3—it’s served in charming little brass pouring pots and perfectly complements the meat. * The sides are generous and hit all the right comfort food notes: crispy golden French fries and incredibly creamy, authentic smashed potatoes (purée à la française) served in their own little brass bowls. * It also comes with a fresh green salad topped with Parmigiano, and a nice piece of crusty bread to ensure you don’t leave a single drop of that delicious sauce behind. 💯 The Verdict Fast service, mouth-watering tender meat, and excellent sides make this spot a must-visit for meat lovers in Paris.
